BNM barrel bands---IDK

I ordered 2 bands from BNM.  I ordered BB1003 for the 7/16" barrel using both set screws.  I also order BB1003 for a shroud using both set screws.  They ran out of the BB1003 bands for the shroud, so they took 5.00 off of BB1004 with the o-ring.  I got them today.  They sent me BB1004 for the 7/16" barrel using an o-ring, not BB1003 and the set screw is off center.  BB1004 has a thin wall for the o-ring, very thin...as in a hole in the wall and a gap in the o-ring.  I sent Sergio an email.  But this really hurt my feelings.  Pics follow...

That is odd. Both of my barrel bands that I've ordered are perfect.

So my replacements came in.  Happy with the band for the bare barrel and 1/4" riser, but the band for a 1" shroud still has the gap and I guess that is how it is.  I think his pics on his site should reflect that.  I will still see how it works when I get my 1" shroud.
