Neither of the photos above are my work, the webpage about the full stock one said he used a 4x4 of scrap wood to make it.

I make 2 predictions;
ON THE DATE WHEN US TROOPS ARE ISSUED AN Energy Pulse Weapon,
1. The US Soldier will have on his person a version of the Colt 1911.
2. He will be aiming the NEW Weapon at someone carrying an AK47.

Dear goodness. That is pretty. Talk about making a silk purse from a sow's ear.

This is a but ugly bull pup job on the 880, but the concept is unique...
HA. And you thought the trigger was bad on a stock 880!
In all seriousness though, if I could get a wood stock for $45 I would jump on that. Count me in. I would love the fore-arm panels to be a little thinner at the bottom. The current plastic design has them wider at the bottom than at the top, and it doesn't handle very well.

The forearm being eider at the bottom reminds me of my dad's Remington 742BDL growing up, it was the same shape, the overall "feel" of the 880 reminds me of that gun..

I am putting the 880 wood stock program on hold until I figure out a better way to attach the stock to the receiver. I will continue to make 760 stocks/forearms out of mesquite, which is relatively common and cheap here in AZ. Plus, I really like the "rustic" look.

If my 761 XL didn't already have wood stocks, I would hit you up for a set..
