Wanted to buy CZ 631

The 631 is a nice casual target rifle.
But for a short guy like me, it is LONG.  I feel like I am holding a Kentucky Long Rifle.

  The 634 has a shorter barrel on it than the 631, on the order of almost 3-1/4 inches shorter.

  It may fit you a bit better.

gentlemen ,i have a 631 lux and like it very much ,trigger on my is awsome bout a 1lb pull very accurate out to 20yards havent tried any further cocking is very smooth ...how much more powerful is the 634 .177 and do they come in .22 ?honestly i like them vey much and would like the 634 and 618 and any other model that exist btw how many models do exist ?

Has anyone velocity tested the 631?  The advertisements make it at 170 mps ( about 560 fps), but people have been reporting 600 fps.  Is this a rifle that shoots faster than the manufacturers' claimed velocity?

Also... Who honors the warranty. Do you have to send it back to the Czech Republic for repairs?

Yes it does shoot higher fps than manufacturer  suggests. It depends on what pellets they use when testing at factory. You will find that many Euro rifles will score higher fps than manufacturer numbers state.
