Any1 Own a Diana Mod. 21 Panther

Hey Guy's,,,I'm looking at this model of a Diana a/g, and was wondering what the performance is like, especially with the .22 version. It has a very attractive price tag, http://www.airgunforum.ca/store/product_info.php?cPath=22_31&products_id=86&osCsid=4f352e9e425eb0900e0ecedd6e845fdd ,but seems to be lacking in the velocity dept,. I checked the Diana website's spec's on the gun, and it actually shoots 430fps in .22, I thought it may be due to Cdn reg's. I've alway's heard about how "Great" these guns(Diana) were, and this entry-level model seems like a good place to start,,,,,,What do you guy's think?,,Let me hear from some of the Diana owners out there, I know their "Top-end" models are great shooters, but this is their least expensive model, so it makes me wonder,Would this be a worthwhile purchase?, Thank's, Andy.
