whats the best distance to zero in my scope at

Download a copy of "Chairgun" and play with your ballistics.  It will actually calculate the best distance to zero your rifle to maximize the "kill zone".

Set your POI zero distance, i.e., 10 yards, and Chairgun Pro will will show you the trajectory and closest to furtherest distances your pellet will be within + or - 1" above or below the POI.  Hope that's not too confusing.

Depends on the airgun. Will generally need parts bought or made to be able make the switch.

My .22 is normally sighted at 50 yards... but in the rook season it sighted in to hit 1½" low at 30yards as all shots are taken in +45°..
My .25 is sighted in at 90 yards...

After zeroing my .177 R9 at 30 yards for YEARS I started zeroing at 27 yards at the recommendation of my brother who found that 27 yards was a better zero for our purposes.

Anywhoo......the purpose of my zero distance is to have the zero very close to the apex of the pellet flight. I only use "holdover aiming" and the 27 yard zero means that I only have to learn "hold OVER" distance without also remembering "hold UNDER". LOL.....there is some reason to my madness!

Okay....I sight my .25 MRods in at 50 yards.
I sighted my .25 Condor SS in at 70 yards.
I sighted my .22 Super Streak at 27 yards.
I sighted my .177, .22 & .25 Discos at 35 yards. 
I sighted in my 760 PumpMaster at 15 yards.

I agree with the statement that you should sight your scope in at the distance you will be doing MOST of your shooting.
But the OP stated he was sighting in a Fury II. And as a medium powered springer, I'd again say zero at 25 yards as a rule of thumb. OR the range at which you do most of your shooting. I zero almost all of my springers at 25 yards. Then adjust from there depending on approximate target distance.

If you have access to a chrony then download chairgun and take a look at trajectories for the pellet you are using and it will let you know which make the most sense.

or make three targets about quarter size at about 20-25-30 yards use same sight pic (no Kentucky windage) and figure out from there.

Consult ChairGun, using their recommended zero for your rifle and pellet, with a 0.5" Kill Zone size.... That will keep your POI with 1/4" of the POA over the ranges shown....

X2...   Use ChairgunPro, for the best flexibility.  Use the pellet's Arc, and 2 zero points, to your advantage.
I have a similar powered rifle zeroed at 18 yards.  That gives you quick "crosshairs on"  from 16 - 38 yards.  You'll also get a good idea of pellet drop, out past these ranges.   A very neat program...that's FREE!
Handy for hunting and a 1/2" killzone is more accurate than "I" am offhand

Since you max shooting distance is ~ 100 feet, 33 yards, I would go a little closer to allow you to have a longer zero area or kill zone, this will allow you to put targets at different distances and Not have to adjust.  So lets say you setup for 15~18yd zero, that should give you nearly no hold under and very little hold over out to your 33 yard max range...
