Pictures below the second version done having entire ring a one piece fitting onto the original hub.

The white black ring was needed for the BAM 50 project & fitted to the Eclipse 30 4x16x50 with the shown Black delrin hub shown.
The NEW ring made from some sort of clear poly ( very machinable and not brittle ) makes the spokes and ring one piece for higher strength, simplicity unit ...





Here the original SF ring & hub onto the BAM 50 



The New SF ring was made to also fit the same hub size so it fit on the original aluminum one fit to the Night-Eye.





So you can make SF rings for dollars if ya got a lathe and a few hours  .... love these projects !!

Thought about it ... but really don't want to see scratches, finger prints etc on the shiny clear surface if done that way.
Thinking it will stay BUFF so such issues are not an issue
