Uh oh. Upcoming estate sale has a Sheridan C listed....

In days long gone by, the idea of a Sheridan C listing in the "personal property" section of upcoming auctions wouldn't have torn me up too much. But now that I've seen the listing, along with several interesting PBs at the sale I find myself wanting to put off the yard sale we have planned for that Saturday. How many people will show up for the Sheridan?? What vintage is it?? Does it hold air?? What condition is it in?? SO many questions to ponder over the next two weeks. Oh the torment!! Am I hoping against hope? Can I reasonably hope for torrential rains to dampen the turnout?? DO I really NEED another air gun? I wish I'd never opened the Sunday paper....Don

Where we live, people start showing up at 0800, if not the day before, for a 1000 Hr. sale.  Just sayin'....

Never been to an estate auction, I've been to estate sales where every item has a price but even that price is usually negotiable. I don't see a Sheridan listed on your signature line. If it is an older one even if it needs work it sure is worth a look. Good luck on your quest.

I was lucky to pick one up the other day....looks like new and it's from the 80's...shoots great but never thought I'd get one. So where is this sale? Haha good luck..hope you can pick it up.
