CASA FT Match Report April 28th 2013

Another fantastic Field Target match at the Angeles shooting range.

Here are the results for those of you who just want to see the scores .

Considering the blustery wind, switching conditions and the tough course layout some excellent scores were shot !

Well done everyone !

I am especially proud to say that this was my youngest daughters very first FT match ever ! Although Annabel is only 6 years old and has been shooting for about 18 months now. She has her own S200 and is thrilled to be finally shooting alongside her big sister Natasha (10) and her 2 big brothers Alex (13) and Nicky (12)

Now to the match ! And a few familiar faces . I had my hands full mentoring my 6 year old partner so not too many pics this time .







Scott tried to get away with shooting EVERY lane prone .



But Lou Ferigno was in attendance (aka The Hulk !) so he decided to behave .







My children LOVE the sport of FT . And I love that I get to participate in a sport along side them. For a father of 4 it really doesnt get much better than this !















Here is yours truly . My first match since recovering from a broken rib .

I used the time to practice sitting still , very very still ! Exactly what is required in WFTF



I am VERY happy with my score 0f 32 . Still along way to go but I am really enjoying WFTF. The Worlds in NZ for 2014 is still my goal.

I also invited a friend of mine to come visit and watch he brought his 13 year old son along and a very ancient Chinese Springer with open sights !

They both enjoyed watching the match and got to try there marksmanship skills on a few lanes at the end of the match !

My buddy Eric off hand yes he missed !



His son Aiden shooting one of my kids S200 he is Hooked !
