Mrod 25 CAL Guru Help please

I have been Having a heck of a time with this Mrod 25.Everything I have tried, all the advise turning the spring and the throw the valve all different ways. I duplicate what others are getting from there settings. I AM GASSED!!  I think i have a hog as far as air usage goes. This is My latest as far as testing goes.  500 pellets later. Settings (5 on preload)  (air valve 4.5) (Throw 1/2 turn)

Hammer bounce causing the valve to open again?
Or a leaky transfer port?

Hey!

I have settled on a pretty good tune for my .25 Marauder.  It is not as powerful as yours (827fps JSB) but I get around 7-10 consistent shots that I regularly shoot out past 120yards accurately.

All I have is a 10# spring, and the hammer and spring are set on the lowest setting.  Then the port is just 3.5 turns out.  Again its not at the high 800s like yours but Its more consistent. 

You can check out my video teaching about converting Mils to MOA and I fire a number of shots with out ever topping of my Marauder.  I believe I started with a 2900Psi fill and ended around 2,350psi.

Hammer stroke full CCW
10# hammer spring 2-3 turns CW
Valve has hopped-up poppit from Addicted2Airguns.com
Port adjustment all the way CCW
Transfer port opened to 0.155"

Fill to 2800psi. Get 3 clips (24 good shots) of 43fpe and over. Best is just over 50fpe and sweet spot is 2500psi down to 2100psi. I would guess I can get 4-5 good clips before dropping to 1600-1700psi. I haven't had enough time to shoot a full charge down to verify the 4-5 clip results but that is what it appears I'll get from the 3 clips I did shoot. I'll hopefully have time this weekend to do a full drain and see.
