M4177 500 fps

Was wondering if anybody can tell me about modding a M4177 500 fps canada gun to a PAL rated 625fps M4177. I have my PAL card but the Canadian Crosman sales reps are presently not importing that model. I saw one for sale but the guy sold it to someone else...  now I really want one..
