Not to hijack the thread but I have some 60 min MSA stealth carbon fiber tanks for sale. They have a born on date of 2003 and have 5 years of life left. They were last hydro tested in 2006 so they will need a hydro. These are in real good shape, only used for government training.I will get some pics of them when I go by storage and put them in the for sale gate next week. This tank will give you about 50+ fills in a Mrod.I think I have 5 of these left.I can sell them for 150.00 each.
A 60 min tank is 88cu before compression for calc purposes,Thanks,Ken

Divide cost by years left. Is some benefit to pay more per year for short years 'cause the kick in the door price is lower...but overall I'd rather look at it per year; I am not going to stop shooting any time soon. Since most folk look at purchase price it is likely I will sell my tanks with ~3 years or so left after I have gotten replacements and reduce my ownership cost even further...another benefit of getting younger tanks...
cheers,
Douglas
