backyard friendly big bores?

Is it possible to tame the bark of big bores so that the big bore is discrete and backyard friendly?  Or are the big bores still too loud even with a shroud/LDC. 

The target critter are backyard coyotes.  Would prefer to take body (heart-double lung or mid-high chest-spine shots).  The nearest neighbor is about 70 yards.

I've never heard one but I've been thinking a Sam Yang Recluse with Neil Clauge LDC would something worth checking out.  A .357 at 150 plus fpe would be great for coyote.

but the neighbors don't hear it

cool nice to hear this.  I've been thinking about what to put on my wish list for christmas and a Clauge LDC was on my mind so I could shoot my recluse without having to take it to the range.

I would look into a Benji Rouge.
They have enough power for your use. Shrouded and I am sure an extension can be added to make them more quiet.
You already have a condor
Why not get a 308 Kit and a Full shroud
They become quite friendly then.
Or like a few over on Tag Convert your Condor over to a .257 and cast your own slugs you can be pushing near 200 FPE and have no problem with those back yard coyotes!

When I was at Allen Zasadny's place in October he had a few big bore shrouds in the works. I can say from experience that AZ shrouds are amazingly quiet. I'd give him a call and see what he can do, it may run you a bit more than an LDC but it would be worth it IMO

I wouldn't touch that gun with a 10 foot pole a .357 recluse will have more power, more shots and more accurate, .....and more choices of ammo to use, Clague LDC and a Will Piatt tune and you have a reliable hunting beast

Thanks for all the advice guys.  So many choices.  I am seriously thinking about the Recluse and Neil LDC (with tune later on).  What's the shot count difference with the single versus dual tube Recluse?  Is the Recluse hold sensitive (like some Condors)?  Can the Recluse hold its zero (after spending a week or month in the closet)?  Is it finicky (like some Condors can be)?

How much louder is the Recluse (with LDC) as compared with stock MRod 25?

I did talk to Randy (RL Airgun Supply).  He said that he was still working on the 308 Condors.  There was still an issue with frame flex and accuracy.  He said in January, the 308 should be ready (with newly reinforced frame).

 I think the Recluse and Clauge LDC would be perfect for the kind of set up you have chancers. Many great ammo choices out there too.

The lower the fill pressure that the gun will operate at, the better chance it has of being backyard friendly, and the more effective the LDC will likely be.
