GOt back out with the 308 today awsoem day to shoot

Got my tether working today sadly it is too short but it worked. The short line I suspect effected my acuracy a bit. Id like to report some awsome groups but no today. I did find out a bit more about the rifle. and what it likes and doesnt like.

I used the high power spring for most the shooting. I saw good results with the 150gr spitzers from mr hp and 156gr from hunters supply.

I saw around 1.5" groups at 100yrds with the 150s today. little better at 75yrds. I am sure I need to clean barrel get longer line and things will look better.

After I got down bellow 3700 psi I swtiched to the lgihter factory spring. I put in some hunters supply 118gr the did good 3/4 to 1" at 50 and 1" at 75 best I got was 1.5" at 100.

I did a fun test of power I shot a 2x12 at 100yrds with the 150gr spitzers and 150gr Hollow Points. they both blew right thru and were in 1/2 inch group too well pair more like it LOL.

All in all it was a awsome day used lots of air shot lots of ammo got alot of time with the rifle. I have no doubt it will prefrom great in time. I also learnd I not that great of shooter LOL!!! So many things effect the shot.

I did have some 125gr hollow points the preformed very well.

My next plan is longer line use lighter spring and see waht she does pick up some more ammo too.
