It is a bit confusing but based on the picture it is a 30S.  $260 for a 30S seems to be a pretty fair price. 

At first I thought it was really a HW30 not an S.  While the Perfekt trigger on the 30 is pretty good the Rekord trigger on the 30S is awesome.  I love my 30s and quite honestly I think the stock on the R7 is a bit ugly.

LOL Andy, I tend to like both the HW 30s and R-7 newer stocks. I found a sweet HW 30s a little over a year ago and love it. So comfortable to shoulder for me and I am not a small man. I would take either one in any configuration just on the way they shoot. Just my personal  tastes..

But I paid more than $270.00 for it..

Yeah - I picked one up. It's the HW30s with Rekord trigger. I ordered on Sunday, and it showed up here yesterday already. I think Jim uses the same shipping practices that CDT uses - I can't believe how fast they are at getting things to customers. Of course, it's been raining non-stop around here lately -so I haven't shot it yet , but just picking it up - sighting down the barrel and all, I can see why so many people love these things.
