I just had a similar experience with pyramid air...."we'll get that right out to you" no questions asked. With customer service like that I will never hesitate to do further business with them again. Way to go Pyramid Air keep up the good work.

That's it in a nutshell, and the reason I brought the Topic up.  Good Companies with excellent Customer Service will continue to receive my business, even sometimes when the prices could be a little less elsewhere.  It does pay to show your trust and continue to do reoccurring trading with reliable and friendly companies.

It seems you get better customer service from parent company that makes the product versus a middleman like we have to deal with.  If we call Crosman on customer service they make the product and want you to be satisfied and come back to buy more.

You are quite lucky to be able to access the company's customer support directly

Then bravo to Crossman.  They are not known worldwide for nothing. 

I feel Umarex is in the meantime known worldwide also, just maybe for something else.

Paying for quality has it's price, I suppose.
