Time limit

Being new to this forum, and wanting to shoot some of the matches this year. I realize we are on the honor system. My question is, are the matches timed. I just want to get it right before we start. Thanks

no i dont think so. just have to shoot all shots in one sitting. not 1 or 2 shots here and couple more next day, etc.

Some of the matches are indeed timed. Just read the rules for the ones you're interested in.

Looked at the different matches I want to shoot in, didn't see anything about time.

I printed out the 50Ft casual target today with 12 different targets, 2 shots per,,  Gonna try my luck noonish Tuesday and Wednesday, as the wind is to be about 7-8mph and the temps near 50F.  Got us a heat wave here in Mid Michigan, then Thursday it's all down hill  =(  Gotta enjoy that new tuneup when I can.   Didn't see a time limit on that one either.

i looked back too. while most do not some do have a time limit. the 30 yd pcp for example has a 15 minute time limit. when unsure just check the rules for which ever one you want to participate in.

Originally there were time limits for all the matches.  Maybe that part of the rules got lost when GTA switched over to the new version we're currently using.  I'll go and check the rules later.
The 50 ft. Casual Rifle is the only one with no time limit....but still need to be finished in one sitting.

All matches have their "Time limit allowed" rule back in their sticky thread.  In all matches with the rule, it would be a minute per shot.
