Tuning a .25 Marauder questions

Well I replaced the leaking valve stem (2g) and now comes the tune. I read the A team tuning guide and don't quite get it. They mention the Hammer Stroke Adjustment (HSA) via the Hammer Spring Tension Adjuster (HSTA). Is the HSTA number 34 on the parts list???

Well, I bought the Marauder used and I just now downloaded the owners manual. Thanks for the link there Spysir. The manual does indeed help explain things a bit more. Ran out of daylight today so tuning will have to continue tomorrow.
