M1 full auto

My son bought me one of these for Father’s Day! If I would have had one of these when I was a kid, I’d probably be getting out of prison just about now.

It worked flawlessly for probably 1000 shots. Now, I get the full auto action while semi auto is selected and in semi auto mode when it doesn’t do full auto, I have to recock it after pretty much every shot.

I’ve watched video of the guy who had the full auto while on semi auto deal and his fix. Looks pretty easy to do. Does anybody know if the fix he implements will also bring back the correct semi auto operation? If not, is there some other fix out there? I’m going to have to do, at least, the fix to stop the full auto while in semi deal.

Loads of fun with the gun so far and I’d like to get it running right.
