Does anyone know where I can find the seal that goes on the inlet valve screw on a diana stormrider.

It's a M5 X 1.5 Oring
5 mm's is the ID, 1.5 is the section of the chord in mm's
In the US sometimes sellers quote it as 8 X 5 mm's meaning that the OD is 8 mm and the ID is 5 mm's

Look for it in a hardware store that sells sophisticated plumbing fixtures. If you cannot find it, I will send you a couple, just reimburse me the shipping (about $10.30 USPS Priority).
