Gamo CFX Tune Up

 I'm cleaning up my new CFX today.
 
 First thing is removing the razor-sharp edge at the barrel leade which is destroying the breach seal.

 Tool:
 

 It's a 1/2 X 17.5" bamboo dowel with a #10 brass screw installed in the end:
 

 Applied to the barrel leade:
 

 Ran the tool with a cordles drill motor, light pressure and valve grinding compound, cleaned it up with Mothers Mag Wheel Polish.
 

 Ok, now all that's left is everything, time to get back in the garage!

watching .... how did it work out?

 I was hoping to have it all done by now... I thought I had the correct main seal on-hand but did not. 
Now it's waiting for a care package from ARH and hopefully I can finish up this coming weekend or next.
