May 20 Update:
Matt at Crosman said the parts I ordered should arrive at the warehouse on 5/22 and should be shipped shortly thereafter.  
That is the best news I have had in about seven weeks.
Note:  I was told that parts are delivered to the warehouse on the third Thursday of the month.  [Somehow, they missed me in April.]
