Wildcat mk3 BT issues HELP please

I had been away from the airguns for awhile and decided to get a new rifle recently to get back into things.  I'm chasing the slug shooting in hopes of taking some coyotes at night.  Anyway, I get this wildcat and it just does not like to chamber pellets or slugs.  It like catches right at the end.  I figure it a new gun thing and it will go away after awhile.  It didn't so I dug into the gun to see what I could do and I made it worse.  After some research I figured out it was the timing thing with the probe and the tube clamps were off as well so it was not possible to set the timing until I fixed that.  I think all is well now and it cycles smoothly BUT my groups are all over the place now.  At 25 yards I can't get a group under 4 inches!  It was not a great grouper before all this stuff, but I figured I was messing up the slugs and pellets on the cycling issue thing.  I have never had an FX gun give me this much trouble.  What am I missing?  Does anyone know why my wildcat would be so inconsistent?  I did some chrono work with it in my basement early on and the strings were fairly consistent, but I have not done any since.  At 50 and 100 yards I can't get a group on a 4x5 foot hunk of cardboard.  High, low, left, right...all over the place.  It's very frustrating.  Even with pellets it doesn't group with a hoot.  Any and all help is appreciated!

Assuming it is still under warranty, rather return to the dealer where you bought it to sort it out.

I would agree, but it has no moderator on it. It does have a shroud though. I checked these last time I was out with it. Seems good, but I was cleaning the barrel to remove that factor and an o ring was loose in that small gap between the muzzle and shroud. Not sure if that came from when I added the stiffener or what. Anyway, I thought that would solve the issue, it did not. Little better groups, but still not great. Could I be pushing too fast? I'm at 960 fps with 43 grain slugs. I've seen these getting pushed way faster. Maybe I'm not fat enough. Maybe I just need for trigger time with it.

Maybe that is what i should do. I'd like to have it to use this year though...

What barrel do you have. If it's a pellet barrel it will have problems with not having a fast enough twist rate. Have you slugged the barrel to find out what the groove diameter is? If the slugs you're shooting are large in diameter or to small of diameter will not shoot accurately.

I have the 700 superior heavy I believe.  Ok, I did some messing with this WC on my last days off and I think it was not getting the slugs all the way up to the beginning of the barrel.  I loaded a slug, then pulled the barrel to see where it was sitting.  It was so far back that it actually was loose enough to slide back some as I pulled the barrel out.  I would think it should set them up into the "chamber" area a little better, maybe I'm wrong.  I've been watching some videos by Ernest Rowe and I think there are some things out of timing on my rifle.  I already set the 75 mm distance between the block and scope rail as he had advised, next I'm going to set the 33 mm he advises to have from the adjustment wheel hole in the back of the block to set the small grub screws on the cocking rod correctly.  I think I just need to get back to basic settings before I mess with trying to get decent groups.  This rifle was shooting ok groups before I started messing with it, so I'm guessing I got something out of whack and I just need to set things back to where they need to be.  I do appreciate all the help so far.  I'll update as I find out more.
