Shouldn't be too hard to fix yourself. Where is it leaking from?
It might just need to be cocked to take hammer spring pressure off the valve before filling.
Yeah, if you're hand pumping it might not be enough of a blast to get it sealed. Might be able to find someone in your area with a tank to help get it going. Let us know and we'll see if we can help find someone. Most Urban owners are very happy with the gun and we'd hate to see you not to be able to continue enjoying it.But if you decide to give up I'm pretty sure it would sell/trade quickly.
My Urban now has a slow leak through the fill port. I haven't gotten around to actually tear it open just yet, but I found this video very interesting. You may as well.

I found the source of the leak it is coming from the small hole in the fill port. Time to order what the man did in the video. I might try an o ring first since I have some.

Place a drop onto the hole on the fill probe. Then inserted into the gun and try to fill it again. Do this a few time. This may just rejuvenate some of those internal o-rings enough to get it to seal again.I often have to do this with my Umarex Notos.BTW, 100% silicone oil is also great for lubrication for those o-rings on the fill probe.

I will look on Amazon tonight. I have some lubricant that is silicone we use to use on the o rings on our Scuba tanks when I was diving all the time to get them soft. The two I replaced were brittle.
