Never throw nothing away....
When the bar was sold out from under us we had to find space for everything in it that we wanted to keep. Hidden in one corner was Killer's hospital bed broken down into parts. Had no choice but to keep the parts outside under a tarp. There was also a tall odd bar chair. The cushion was tattered but the frame was good so it got stashed away too.
I needed a chair to sit on at the work bench so today I hacked the legs off with 4" cutoff wheel and the wheels from the hospital bed fit like they grew in there.
A shot of paint and a different seat pad and the chair will live on.

And if you get bored you and BL can play checkers or chess.🤔

LOL.. we got those pads at the local stock car race track. Mine is black and white checkered on another chair. We've since upgraded to bleacher seats that clamp onto the benches at the track so those pads got donated to the shop.

Bill I usually live with that advice but when I don't have room to store it I toss it. Worked against me having a seat cushion for years that got tossed last year and needed it recently so had to pay near $30 for another one. Can't win em all dang it.
