Don't feel bad. I haven't used it in a while myself.  I might have to watch the tutorial again myself, lol.  I used it heavily when modding my guns.  In fact, that is why I created it to begin with, because I couldn't find a spreadsheet that would store multiple strings, so I could compare the strings and notes and refer back to all the data later.

It is absolutely brilliant
I have created files for every gun I own

What I would like to try is importing data from one file (let's say Gun A) into an existing file (Gun B) in order to compare the 2 guns side by side
Logic says it should work
But then again, logic can be illogical

Thank you!  Copying and pasting the saved data is how I would go about it, but I'm not that smart.  I'm sure some code could be written to do it, but that would take me a lot more time if I wanted to do that.  I'm just not that great with writing codes in Excel.

Man, am I ever late to this party...
I been trying to decide what would be the best way to collect and store data for several of my guns. Suddenly a little light came on and I remembered reading something about Kieth and his spreadsheet. I did a little Google search and found this thread. I snatched the file along with the tutorial.

I have one quick question that I am sure I can find the answer to in this thread but maybe I can save some time by just asking here..
I have the CE Prochrono DLX. Can I just import the data to the spreadsheet or do I have to build the strings manually?

Sample sheet using the .22 Sentry.
I'll need to update the missing data but I think I got the gest of it.
I imported the data from DLX on the tablet vis cvs. file. Then just copy and pasted.

Awesome!  Now strings are stored forever and can be recalled or compared at any time to any of the three graphs, unless deleted.  Just rename the file for different guns or to save twenty more additional shot strings.  Don't forget the conversions tab.  Enjoy.
