I think that is likely the case.... could be just better lubrication....

Hi Bob. I just my DAQ .308 exile myself a week or so ago. Went out to shoot it the other day and I experienced the same thing you did. Each shot dropped psi down approx 500 psi. I will re read your solution and will contemplate making the changes you did. Was a little disappointed with my experiences versus the article on the website but I am not unhappy at all. Keep me posted on your progress and I will you on mine. Sorry to tell you though mine looks better. Matt
