Printed Stock for Condor

I have had a Condor which I changed to .257 cal with a Doug Noble valve and TJ's barrel for a few years now, but I rarely shot it because I hated the "stock".... So, I 3D printed one that fits into the stock Condor pistol grip and accepts the stock Condor tank clamp.... I used a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.9mm line width, and all the parts took 10 hours to print.... Here are the parts, printed in Priline CF-PETG....
The front part that inserts into the pistol grip is 20mm thick, and shaped to fit around the locating pins.... It has a recess in the top to hold the steel washer for the retaining screw, and a hole through the stock so that you can tighten it from the bottom with a long 10-32 ball-driver.... The pistol grip halves are glued to the insert and the three side screws tightened as normal.... The D-shaped bottom of the stock is straight, flat, and parallel to the barrel, with the two halves joined with a printed D-shaped joiner.... The back of the stock has a curved butt plate, and the top cradles the tank, which is tightened in place with two 10-32 x 1.5" SHSCs with nyloc nuts.... Here are the parts assembled....
I will be gluing them all together with JB Weld Plastic Bonder, let it set overnight, and then put the stock on the rifle tomorrow morning....

As I do more benchrest shooting, I see the advantages of a straight bottom on the stock, parallel with the bore.... I have incorporated that into my dual tank benchrest gun with these two printed stocks....
They both slide over an extended main tube (that is the plenum and holds the valve), 1.25" OD, like on an MRod....
The shallower one is for my stock height adjuster....
All are 3D printed in PETG, the height adjuster in plain filament (note it is shiny)....I prefer the carbon filled PETG, it is stronger and I like the dull "metallic carbon" appearance of the stocks more, it just looks like it "belongs" on an airgun somehow....

Thank you, Bob, I appreciate it. I am always fascinated by your builds and have replicated several as closely as my skills allow.
