Optics Planet - Beware, poor service

     I ordered multiple items from Optics Planet , but only received partial shipment. I contacted them & did all that they asked , for them to review my order & shipment. I sent them another follow up e mail after about 10 days. They have never replied.

 It is sorta hit or miss with them, I have found many times better off ordering a scope from AliExpress, as O  P ends up drop shipping the product from China, or the like.

I ordered from them twice and got the same slow ship and poor CS as you.. I will not order from them again. They've sent me so much junk mail that I had to block them. I don't mind being informed of specials from time to time but they just hammered my e-mail.

   They are bombarding me with e mails now, too. I am going to block them as well.

I have noticed that dvor often has better deals than optics planet at the same time on similar items, but the dvor deals don't last as long.

DVOR, their subsidiary, ships fast.

Have bought apparel from them a lot of times.
