I remember them being offered in 2012 ...around that time. They were pricey, close to 500ish.

Does your R9 have a Goudy stock or a stamped (checkering) forearm?
I have a Huntington Beach R10 with a beautiful Goudy stock ........... the stamped ones are ......... worse than current R9 stocks.

It came with a Paul Watts R9 action in it. It needed a refresh and no one wanted to do it so I sold the action off cheap. It now has a nicely tuned .177 R9 in it and occasionally has the .20 Goldfinger in it.
