Omega Super Charger

I've had my Omega Super Charger for about six years with only minor problem with water leak. Recently at 104 hours the compressor quit building pressure past 3200 psi. I contacted Todd DeOrio at 704-262-3024 by text to ask for help in determining what my problem was. Todd was quick to respond and after I told him what was happing he suggested removing the check valve under the burst-disk and checking it. Turns out Todd was correct and within 30 minutes or less, my compressor was running like a top.

I have dealt with many customer representatives over the years but I have never had such a quick and positive response as I received from Todd. I cannot say enough good things about Todd's customer service other than to say it is outstanding.

Wow is all I have to say about Todd he’s amazing. I have a Trail and Air Charger and I’ve recently bought a GXEL2 from him. He’s always available to help and verrrry patient.
