ATT: Dear Readers of this post.I learned a long time ago, to not recommend air rifles and I am not recommending this one either. This post is just about what I bought, why I bought it, what I was able to do with it. It also details what I paid in total. So it you are thinking about buying this rifle...bare in mind, what works for Me...may ...or may not....work for You. Best Wishes - Tom

Best Wishes - TomTom,I understand why you wrote this and I don't blame you for doing so.I personally believe that one of your piston gun reviews carries a lot more weight than an awful lot of reviews or recommendations from others, ( I am not directing this statement at anyone here). Most or us here are familiar with your no nonsense hunting style and if a gun fits the bill for you then I think that gun/ that deal is worth looking at.A few years ago I read your review of your Crosman Summit Ranger and the great deal that was going on at the time.Well I bought one and could not be more happy with it. It does what I need it to do, very well. You keep telling us what you have found and what you think of it and I will keep reading. Thanks
I have one of these Stoeger S3000 C rifles that I like a lot.Picked it up at the Bass Pro outlet store for $45.00.Like you I put a little moly on the trigger helped it a lot.Mounted a Williams 5d-ag peep sight that works with the stock front sight.
