Mark I'm sure their will be lots of reviews when Richard gets these rifles in! I for one am in wait on a .22cal 95, I'm not a power nut! I will take a good accurate rifle over power any day! thru all my experiences with airgunning I've learned over the years I can do the samethings with a lower powered guns that I could do with the super magnum gun and even better out to 100yds+ unless your hunting dog size game! I think allot of guy's underestimate the power of airguns and super magnums are way over rated JMHO

I am really looking forward to holding it in my hands and against my shoulder...and to see how it compares with my WFH..
(I'm curious to see if the Falcon Hunter was "dumbed down" for we Americans).

QUESTION: Since the performance specs for the Model 95 and the Walther Falcon Hunter ( Model 125 ) are not the same, how can you directly compare the two ?

The specs for the Model 95   are .177 = 1000 fps, .22 = 800 fps, .25 = 650 fps
The specs for the Model 125 are .177 = 1250 fps, .22 = 1000 fps, .25= 750 fps

I have been looking at the WFH but have been holding off, due to the stock cracking problems that have been reported. I was looking at the Model 135 but am concerned that it might be too heavy, especially with a scope, for comfortable off-hand shooting and carrying while hunting.

The Model 95 looks like it may have a shorter "pull", which should cure issues with setting the scope far enough rearward for proper eye relief, another complaint I heard about the WFH / 125.

I wish the Model 95 had the "punch" of the 125 or the 135 . . .

Can you guys that have a Model 95 please tell me more about it ?

Is there a Nitro Piston for the Model 95 ?

I do have WFH. I was more curious about the power plant and mechanical performance differences between the Turkish guns already here and the ones that should be arriving soon, when I said, "dumbed down"....meaning that we Americans, for the most part, seem to be more interested in velocity than shooting smoothness, accuracy, and shooting pleasure...and that the WFH was sold in America to try to satisfy that "thirst for speed". I was not trying to compare the WFH to the Mod 95 directly by specs.

Thats what I'm looking for as well,  when the Titan refurbs came online and folk worried if they had the "reduced" velocity version, sadly no.  I paid a premium for a new Titan in reduced velocity,  I sure wish Crosman would sell the low velocity gas spring as a part (just the eg version so far in the US), its a great rifle.  I may order an R7 just to compare the two I suspect its the same experience.
