I was wandering about the WWW when I came across a British website selling gas rams for repowering springers.
The site stated that one should NOT use a gas ram designed for a .22cal rifle in a .177cal rifle as it would overpower the smaller caliber.
Probably had to do with UK limitations on airgun power??
I have looked at the parts breakdowns of various Crosman gas-powered rifles and there doesn't appear to be a difference among p/n for rams for different caliber guns.
I suppose that is the reason for slowing MV's when the caliber is increased....
True, or am I missing something?

You can lead a man to water, but you can't keep him from urinating in it.

Yeah, it's so they stay under the limit. What a shame our friends have to "sit up and beg" to have the privilege (to them) to own a proper firearm.
