I'd like to make a custom grip for a Diana Airbug, which is built on the CP1 from what I understand.
Where do you guys get a 7/8" ball end mill for the tube? Or are you doing it differently?
Are there drawings around, CAD or PDF, for fitting the frame? Actually a frame model would be a really great starting point. I found some stuff on GrabCad.com, but the info is old and it was only photos, no CAD or STL files.
Any input will be greatly appreciated.

I saw this on thingiverse but I have not looked at the file.

This is still a future project for me, but there are 7/8 router bits on Amazon for about $ 10

Thank you. Don't know why I didn't catch it - I've been there for ages!
That looks like it answers my design questions, but the implementation - a ball mill?

I was thinking a round router bit. I just searched Amazon for 7/8 round nose router bit and a bunch of options came up

Thanks. Getting one for my router won't be expensive at all.
