Perhaps best to just buy a suitable scope just for my new 392S. Ideas please?

Recently received my 392S and Baker mount. The two scopes I have I am considering for it really don't seem suited for the 392S: the old AO Bushnell has adjustment turrets that aren't covered and cannot lock in place, while the Leupold 1.5-4X is set for 150 yards parallax. A new scope is in order. A short and compact scope of fixed , say, 4 power would be wonderful. Maybe in the $100 price category?
 If you have a favorite you'd tell me about that's light and has nice optics  I'd be grateful. Maximum shot distances expected would be around 35 yards, so great magnification isn't needed or wanted.
Thought I'd ask here as I started looking around at retailer websites too.

Actually in your price range ($100) I would get the BugBuster 3-9x32, about $94 @Amazon at the moment.

I had to get a bit more magnification so I went with the 3-12 version, I also have the Baker rail and had to one-ring mount the scope to get a good balance between eye relief while leaving room to hold it best when pumping:

...and oh yeah, bolt handle relief was an issue when cocking so I had to gradually go up in ring height:

Received my Bugbuster 3-9 last evening. Just today got to mount it but still in  a sling from rotator cuff surgery 2 weeks ago, I'm unable to pump my new 392S or shoot. I'll say I'm impressed with the features and included accessories. Sure feels "quality" in rotation of adjustments. Clarity of optics looks great too to me, especially given the price point. Hoping the durability and precision of this scope impress me as well. Thanks for the direction.

Yes, this one does. It also has the flip up caps, which I like. I ordered with the dovetail rings, the weaver rings were out of stock. I have some here.
