Hatsan Galatian 2 barrel swap

I have a Hatsan Galatian 2 in .177 cal and would like to swap the barrel for a .25 cal. Is the barrel the only thing I would need to change?

I don't know the answer for that specific rifle (I only have the older carbine in 25), but you should dig deeper.

I would think the bolt probe (and the magazine obviously) will need to be sized for the new barrel.

There may also be valve and porting differences. There is at least one PCP (not Hatsan) that has a 177 specific valve configuration (so it "sips" air) and a second valve configuration for all larger calibers. That could be port, poppet, and/or poppet spring changes.
