In all fairness, I have always found Daisy and Crosman parts department and customer service to be comparable.

I have no experience with the Custom Department. I do nor believe Daisy has anything similar.

Gamo is now the parent company for both Daisy and Crosman and they are notorious for their Byzantine customer service.  They want an FFL to order parts.  How long before the bean counters at Gamo start cutting corners at Crosman?

It's just business... Can't blame Gamo, Daisy or BSA for whatever events take place. They're all owned by a firm and are just files in a portfolio. Stockholders have to be kept happy; profits need to be made. It's not enthusiasts in control of matters but suites in a conference room and/or various desks somewhere...

I'm mostly curious about the future of the Premiere pellet line. Haven't purchased any in a long time but know a bunch of folks shoot them regularly. Guess time will tell

 Yes, nothing but great experiences with Daisy and Crosman when dealing directly. In fact Crosman, just this week, replaced an air rifle that did not hold air for me.
 Yesterday I received a shipping notification from Crosman for a month old backordered parts order.

If I were a Crosman employee losing my job and watching the business go south (literally),I would certainly be giving parts, guns, everything, away to keep the new owners from getting their hands on it.

 As someone who owns about 180 older Crosman airguns I hate to see this. The parts department was one of my main attractions to the brand.
