need part for youn heng

I've looked everywhere including AliExpress. Where can I fine the two back check valves for the yong heng?

Are you asking about the reed valves that go in the head/cylinder? I bought the larger one on AliExpress but have only been able to find the smaller one as part of the high pressure head assembly.

Ken, thanks for finding this part. It is the small reed valve that I referred to in my post. I'm going to order a couple to have on hand as spares.

Got them from another yong heng owner. The check valves are located in the  large thick bottom ring of the high side piston housing and the block of the right side block.


they are a simple delrin type plug with a spring behind it to prevent air pressure re entering the high side piston and making pumping very high pressure indeed.


I got a used pump from Travis and it struggled to produce pressure over 3000 psi. I purchased a replacement complete cylinder and piston set at Aliexpress and checked the fittings for the check valves. It had two.
The other one is a brass fitting with a hole thru it and a green o ring. It is a bypass type check valve. Without them, or them becoming damaged from hard water or heat, can fail.


They should be checked from time to time. I can find no place to purchase new ones.

Here's the exploded view and functional diagram of the YH. It looks like the check valve in question is part #8, the 1st stage discharge valve. I haven't found a replacement for sale anywhere.

I'd really like to know the name & function of part # 18

On my machine it is a valve with a ring attached to it, in a red plastic boot
