Webley Hawk Mk III - do we have a tuner for them?

I have one I like, which appears to be OEM.
I'd like to have it optimized, not really modernized.
Is there anyone here who would be the obvious choice to work on this rifle?

I had John repair a 124 for me and I was impressed with his work.  I'll get in touch with him soon to see if this is in his wheelhouse.
