Pump and compressor....likely the best combination. It's also an admission that one or the other will eventually screw up and stop working right. But the odds of both taking a dump on you at the same time are way-way in your favor.Either can be fixed....but for 99% of the screw ups, one or the other will work to keep you shooting until the other is fixed.On the other hand, having both means you'd have two systems that are as picky about not leaking/working right as any PCP....so pretty quickly your preventive maintenance/repair requirements start to eat into your shooting time.

Charlie, PA will take care of you! Really good customer service....might take some time because of the pandemic and they are semi shut down to catch up on fulfilling orders for a week to catch up. I would call next week to reaffirm your email and issue.

I'm sure it works fine, I wouldn't buy it, if I wanted a booster I'd wait for a used Shoebox to pop up for sale and figure out how to fix it myself over the Altaros any day. Just my opinion though, maybe others on GTA have used the Altaros with success, I just don't recall seeing it.
