Side lever breech and carbon fiber shroud installed.

Small change of cosmetics. I didn't like the fitment of the m4 style shroud, nor did I go with the original barrel/bottle shroud.  This design orientation was way too long to print with alot of support material necessary.

I opted for 1 band with rail .  After a few reprints getting the fitment spot on, the bottle has zero play and very secure.  Carbon fiber shroud looks sweet too!

I haven't been able to test out the side lever breech yet so I'll comment on that soon.

While I admit not this is not the most visually appealing setup, it is solid and practical in what it's designed to do..high power for a prod with high shot count. 

I anticipate the side lever breech will bring a pleasant experience for extended plinking/target sessions.

I noticed I had a small air leak with the supplied TP from exclusive breech.  I ended up using PTFE tube I had laying around that is a bit on the larger side at .200 ID and .279 OD.  The TP from exclusive is .167 ID and .262 OD. 

At the same time I reduced my regulator setting from 2500 psi down to 2000 psi.  Leaving the hammer tension alone, fps decreased only 40 fps with a 500 psi lower reg set point. 

One thing I noticed with the lower reg set point is the gun acquired a ping noise in the reservoir.  I had a Hill depinger also on the shelf so I installed and ping is completely gone now. 

I ended up backing out the hammer spring tension to achieve 800 fps with jsb 18.13.  Testing with 4000psi down to 2900 psi for 100 shots with efficiency of 1.34.  Id imagine shot count would be somewhere between 160-200 on the reg. 

I love this side lever breech.  Makes coking so much easier then original breech.  Only complaint is the pin keeps coming out of the lever.  I already lost one pin but good thing exclusive supplied an extra.

One trick you can do for tubing transfer ports to get a better seal is to heat up the tubing in hot water and place a slightly oversized drill bit into the id to expand the tubing to get a tight fit in the valve to barrel. I have been doing for years and it works great!

My Prod with the original barrell was shooting 18,1 JSB's at 794 Fps at 2100psi regulator setpoint,i think your big plenum is doing his job

I replace all the pins with USA made dowel pins and on the link pin I run a taper pin reamer through all holes then cut the pins a little long and peen them flat just not too much as not to bind. I use All USA screws also. I also change the front breech screw to a countersunk 6-32 allen-head screw I fit with a dremel tool to the breech hole. The guide screw on the bottom of the bolt I add a spacer to get it closer to the hammer pin. On my larger cals I use a larger screw and bore the slot to fit. Thats all that stops the bolt from comming out at ya so be careful. Later Geno

That is a great idea!  Sure I will use this trick in future builds.

I modified an existing stl file with my bands for a triple magazine holder.  Pretty slick.
