New range

Was down on my property looking for a place to do some long range shooting. Found the perfect place with a very solid back stop. Range finder measured it at 170 yards. 🙌 Most I've been able to shoot is 74 yards at my old place. Now if the wind will just drop below 10 mph I can do some long range shooting with my Sumatra .25 with some 58 grain slugs I have and will be casting.

That's awesome! I've only worked up 120 yards so far but our place is along a ridge and the wind seldom stops blowing. Set out some wind flags and give it a go.

I have 40 Acres so I probably could find an area to get even more yardage but I probably would have to either trim some branches or cut down some trees which the second option isn't something I'm willing to do. I guess I need to get some 1/2 inch pipe and some yellow flag material.
