Do you get much flex? I ask because I have a metal folding bench that I was happy with until I got my 34 pound sled on top of it. Then I noticed how much it actually moves around.

thanks for the link, i printed out the plans and already have a nice 4'x8' sheet of 3/4" birch plywood in the shop.

No flex at all using my Bullboss on the Caldwell precision turrent.  The more weight the better I would think.
