Bummed about that. Its a lonely time to be a Raptor owner....
To see a the VERY active JSAR gate disappear stinks..

Quite a few have missed the announcement but it was announced a while ago it was happening. Just so happened when it was highly active for JSAR the plug was pulled on the entire section. Some think it was done intentionally to hide the shortcomings of undelivered orders and arising issues.

I think it was. I was on here when you could actually call up Jsar and place a order. Now I’m waiting to see if the gta is gonna survive sharing leadership with a company that is having so many problems.

I really hope they both survive. While the timing could not have been worse for closing the vendor gates... there was advanced notice " I didn't see it at first".
With all the changes here  and issues at JSAR Travis has taken a real beating. I hope he and JSAR can hold it all together and work through the issues "fast".
If these things were easy to produce here in the U.S.A I am pretty sure we would have more company's trying. In no way am I making excuses for JSAR I hope now that the "HEAT" is on that things change quickly. I think most guys want them to succeed.

 All the gates not just JSAR we’re removed this was planed well in advance of any issues by any vendors and all vendors were sent a Group PM in which 2 vendors replied out of all of them. Furthermore I also stated in the back room over a week ago this was going into affect. Also this was discussed with admin in detail.

Plenty of people spend alot of money waiting for there FX rifles yet they keep buying them.

I'm gonna go on a little rant here as lately there has been so much complaining it's been ridiculous. To put a little back story I like to support the small American company's here. I've owned a RAW, WAR, and have a JSAR Raptor Mini which I waited for for 6 months. Also waiting on my AAA EVOL for just over a year but should be in my hands very shortly. All had hiccups that pushed there times back that they couldn't get around. It is what it is. Stuff happens that you can't control. Do you think these companies really want these wait times and not get the product in your hands? Very unlikely. I mean come on people is a little wait that bad?? Do you not have other things in your life that makes this seem like such a big deal? All I've seen lately is alot of privileged people complaining about things taking too long. And yes I believe is as Americans are very privileged compared to what our lives could be. We could live in a 3rd world country just hoping we would get food or water for the day. Heck recently we could be having the Coronavirus where thousands of people are dying.

As a farmer I get what it is to have hard earned money cause most of us work SOOOO many hours and days to hope that prices for whatever we have are good enough to keep going let alone thrive. And yet there's millions of people that think what is farmers do is terrible and we have to take that &^^& and keep moving forward even though we provide food for the nation and world and the ones that are attacking us.

That being said have some faith give these boys a chance! And I'm not talking about just JSAR but the small guys in general cause it's not easy to run a small business with the big corporations as competition.

Patience is a virtue which is lacking in our day and age.

And I know someone is going to say "but your word is everything" and I absolutely stand behind that statement. But when things are out of your hands what are you to do?

I live by a few simple words "keep moving forward". No matter what life throws at you just put your head down and keep pushing on. But in the grand scheme of life is waiting on a BB gun REALLY that big of a deal??

I had to wait almost 7 months for the raptor, now I have it and it is my favorite gun. Was it a good idea to buy it? yes. Could I have waited longer? Not sure :0. Would I have survived it? yes. Did I order a mini after all of that? yes. Is it late? yes. And? I will again wait to get a good, local AG made in US from a small company that does what they can after promising an excellent product that is difficult to provide.

I for sure hope that all the info we had in the gates will be available to us even under a big archived gate.
There is so much info I need from there.
