when i received my new .177 HW100BP-K last week i was excited and although the instructions from AOA say to clean the barrel first, i figured they test fire it without cleaning it so what the heck. after zeroing it in, i shot 2 mags (28 pellets) of CPUMs at 48 yards and all landed within the 1" circle i was aiming at. cool i thought. it can only get better after cleaning and seasoning the barrel. i tried the straw trick to run a pull through the moderator, but it wouldn't work so i heated the muzzle with a heat gun and the moderator separated from the cone attached to the barrel muzzle. i cleaned the bore with Goo Gone and some dry patches until they came out clean, reattached the mod and began to shoot. now the pellets were a small shotgun pattern so i took the mod off and put it back on thinking that was the problem. while reinstalling it, the barrel turned maybe 5* clockwise. the poi didn't change, but still no decent groups. i moved the target to 20 yards and put 100 or so CPUMs through the gun before trying different pellets. surprisingly crow magnums, which don't shoot good in any of my other rifles, performed well at 20 yards. none of the pellets gave me groups smaller than a dime, and my HW30 does better than that. the most accurate are the 7.87g H&N Finale Match Light W/Cs with Daisy W/Cs a close second and then the AA 7.87g.
i hope the groups get better with the reg still breaking in and other pellets to try.

That is a bucket list rifle for me. I feel certain that with time and break in she will be a laser. Time to go shoot some more me thinks.
How many different pellets have you tried?

I tried 14 different pellets and have an order in for a bunch of H&Ns.
The gun is very smooth. I'm looking at fixed 10x scopes, but the Weihrauch that AOA supplied free is a pretty nice piece of glass. I may keep it on it for awhile.
Specs claim 40 shots before dropping off the reg, i noticed it goes from 200 bar to about 80 bar after 3 mags (42 shots) and the poi hasn't changed. The gauge reads exactly what my stikboy reads when filling.
Hoping to find a good pellet before tuesday's squirrel hunt.

somethings amiss.
yes i'm cold. no i haven't had anything to eat since dinner last night. yes i've been drinking coffee all day. however that doesn't explain why i couldn't get a decent group at 20yrds, but at 48yrds, all 14 of the pellet holes are touching. not that i'm complaining, but it doesn't make sense that my groups are tighter at a longer range.

My HW100 FSB is tuned to 19.2 fpe, with JSB 10.3 with 4.52 head. I get around 62 shots a fill. This was my HFT gun for 3 years. Now it's my backup gun, since I received the Thomas FT. The gun has been laser accurate from day one. After cleaning the barrel, it would take about 40 shots to come in again. The only time I cleaned it is when accuracy dropped off. By lubing your pellets, you can extend cleanings by quite a bit.
