received it back from Doug last week and today i had time to test
its ability.
installed its Leupold scope with DT to PIC rail adapter as one piece,
as i removed it before sending the gun to Doug.
topped the new CF tank to 3600psi, setup the death-grip tripod and caldwell
chronograph. placed the target at 15yrds which thats my average shot
distance for whitetail here on the farm. some are further as my leuy plays well
with hold over/under as needed.
the first shot was amazing !! 350gr NSA BTHP @ 900fps with POI
being 1.5" high and perfect windage as seen in picture.
my hats off to Doug for his expertise on these texans !! it performed exactly
like he said it would after his magic !!
thanks again Doug for all you done, i really appreciate it !!
here is a picture of the setup.
and the next picture is with the target moved out to 50 yrds and refilled to 3600psi for 2 back to back shots.. the 2 holes touching
11/18 is the day it begins for airguns here in alabama.
bow season starts tomorrow so i will be somewhat occupied between peanuts and cotton harvesting.

DOC!
Glad to see you got it setup. I'm waiting on my new bottle... I figured it would be here already but it hasnt even shipped.
Our season opens Nov 9th... Hoping that I'll have all my Cotton hauled off and stalks cut by then!

Now THAT'S ACCURACY...Way to go.
Check the velo at 50 yds to see what's energy your getting with the 350 gr...I would be very interested in that velo reading.
Good luck.
