Hinterland Outfitters, list one way, send another

Hi,

I ordered a Umarex M34 with scope, and received gun alone, in the listing was the same too. But after receiving it, then emailing them. They say it’s Umarex’s fault. Its Umarex’s fault for listing it as something different at Hinterland Outfitters site? They say that they will refund my money when i send it back on my dime for their mistake,. Wow thanks a bunch

Delivered on Friday, contacted them on following Monday.

This is what was sent to me when i informed them that i did not receive the scope and mounts that wasn’t  included.

That’s not right. They should send you a return label, you shouldn’t have to pay for it. If they won’t help you out I would dispute the charge with your cc company. You didn’t get what they said you would get. I for one will never give these thieves any of my business.

If you search the item # you will see all of the current listing on the internet make NO mention of a scope. Some of the older ones do. Looks like Umarex originally packed these guns with a scope, but no longer do. Looks like they did not update the listing, which from the wording looks like it came from Umarex. The 3x9 scope was likely a POS anyway. Do you need a scope? I'll send you one if you do. Just PM me your address.
