Nomad II compressor

Received my replacement compressor from Air Gun Dept...they sent a Nomad II as replacement for the original Nomad I.  Nice people over at AGD (and also Pyramyd )...Took a month tho'...must be busy at Air Venturi.

VERY NICE unit...several new features, they dispensed with or moved the 12 V converter to the inside...it is  now 12 V/110/220.  A bit pricey at $800 bucks...came with a 12 V battery attachment cable, fill hose with filter, a few other bits, an oil bottle but NO silicone oil...my original Nomad had a .50 oz bottle...THAT seemed strange unless someone just forgot to put it in the box.  Half an oz goes a long way...I've been oiling O rings, the original compressor and several other rubber items for a year and still have about half a bottle left.

Topped of my AT 44 from ≈125 B to 200 B in about 4 minutes...kept my finger on the shut-off button just in case another brownout happened...don't want this one to go belly up like the last one.

So...I'm happy again...2 compressors working...guns all sighted in and shooting very well...weather almost perfect but a bit hot in the PM...time to start on my motorcycle projects.
