Cure for leaking Benjamin Wildfire

  Bought a Wildfire for plinking.  As with all the others it leaked.  Not bad at first but lately so bad you couldn't use it.  Until I get around to fixing it I thought of a good substitute.  I figured aside from barrel length the Vigilante pistol I had was pretty close to the Wildfire action besides it being a pistol.  I decided to take a shot a modifying the Crosman pistol shoulder stock to fit the Vigilante.  Our plinking is done at pretty close range so this works out fine.  I may not be in too big a hurry to repair the Wildfire after all.....

 My experience with the Wildfire is that it only likes 1200 - 1500 psi fill at the max, any more it seems to want to leak, it will hold 1200 psi for weeks though.
 Cool I had no clue the crosman pistol stocks were a close fit to the Vigilante

  I think your right in keeping the Wildfire pressure closer to what it would see on CO2.

  The stock took a bit of modding to fit.  Most of the work was done with a small drum sander on a dremel tool.

 I gives me an idea though, some have made wood stocks for their 13xx etc. guns, this would be a fun woodshop project for me and others also.
