Great customer service

Just over a week ago I placed a pellet order with Pyramyd Air for 10 tins of JSB 15.89 gr pellets which arrived last Friday. Although Pyramyd's packers pack the pellets probably better than anyone I've seen, the shipping company managed to drop the carton on its end where there was no foam, crushing the three bottom tins badly. On Friday night I sent Pyramyd an email with an explanation of what had happened, and asked them if they would kindly inform their packers that it would be a good idea if they would isolate the ends of the cartons with foam as well as around the tins. I did not ask for any replacements or make a stink, just asked if they would kindly inform their packers of the needed change to help prevent such mishaps in the future. On Monday to my surprise, I received an email informing me that they were shipping three new tins at no charge to replace the ones that were damaged. Although I lost some pellets in the three tins due to being crushed in the impact it was in no way the equivalent of three tins worth, in fact much less than one tin's worth. I felt I should at the very least make mention of it here for all to read, as I feel their customer service is exemplary and should be highlighted. My replacement tins were on my porch when I arrived home from work today, it's service like this that keeps me coming back to Pyramyd Air for my airgun needs and supplies.

I don't think I've ever been displeased with PA. If I have it was so minor that it didn't leave a lasting impression.

I get most of my supply's from PA and have never had a problem. Great place to do business.

Got to love great customer service. PA along with AoA know how to do it right.
I recently received a new D430L combo from AoA and when checking the base screws on the ZR mount I found one of the crews was loose and proceeded to retighten it but found the threads had stripped off the screw.
Called AoA and told them my problem and requested a new screw to replace the bad one.
The CS rep I talked to asked if a new unit would solve my problem and I said yes so instead of a screw I got a new mount and they shipped it priority UPS.
Got to love good CS.
